In November 2021, Child Aid and Sponsorship Awareness Foundation organized an art competition for schools in the FCT with a promise to build and stock a library for the winning school. The School for the Gifted, Gwagwalada won the competition and the library project commenced in earnest.

The School had an unserviceable Library and so CASAF commenced rehabilitation work on the facility.

On Thursday 31st March 2022, the CASAF team paid a visit to the school to inspect the level of progress at the Library.

We renovated the external and internal parts of the facility, donated furniture, text books, stationary, and furniture.

We also awarded a scholarship to the student who won on behalf of the school.

The scholarship is for the duration of his secondary education.

The people at CASAF have also pledged to pay WAEC examination fees for some students.
